If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and LupaxAI.
LupaxAI provides tools to analyze and improve how brands may appear in AI-driven experiences, including but not limited to visibility insights, prompts, audits, and related features as described in the product. Features may change, and we do not guarantee specific outcomes or search or AI rankings.
You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current. You are responsible for activity under your account and for maintaining the security of your credentials. You must be of legal age to form a contract in your jurisdiction, or have parental or guardian consent where required.
We may refuse service, close accounts, or limit access in our reasonable discretion, including for breach of these Terms, legal risk, or abuse of the platform.
You will not: use the Service to violate law or third-party rights; probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities without authorization; attempt to access data or systems you are not permitted to use; reverse engineer the Service except where law forbids that restriction; send spam or malware; or overload or disrupt the Service.
You are responsible for your content and for ensuring you have rights to any domains, brands, or materials you submit.
Paid plans, billing cycles, and payment methods are presented at purchase. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or as expressly stated. Taxes may apply as shown at checkout. We may change prices with notice as described in the product or by email for subscription renewals where required.
LupaxAI and its licensors retain all rights in the Service, software, branding, and content we provide. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your internal business purposes during your subscription or trial. You retain rights in your own content; you grant us a license to use, host, and process your content as needed to run the Service.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LupaxAI and its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to the Service or these Terms. Our aggregate liability for all claims related to the Service in any twelve-month period is limited to the greater of (a) the fees you paid to LupaxAI for the Service in that period, or (b) one hundred (100) US dollars, except where law does not allow such limitations.
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LupaxAI and its officers, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
You may stop using the Service or close your account as described in the product. We may suspend or terminate access for breach, risk, or legal reasons. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive (including limitations of liability, indemnity, and intellectual property) will survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction LupaxAI designates for its business operations, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence where applicable. Disputes will be brought in the courts of that jurisdiction unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
