Privacy & data
What LupaxAI stores, who processes it, and how to get it changed or removed. The binding legal text is in the privacy policy — this is the practical version.
How it works
- 1
What we store
Account data such as your name, email and organization; the brands, domains and prompts you set up; and the AI responses returned for those prompts. Plus technical logs — IP, browser, request data — needed to run and secure the service.
- 2
Who processes it
Hosting, email delivery, analytics, payment processing through Stripe, and the AI model providers whose platforms you choose to test against. Your prompts are sent to those providers in order to produce the answers you see.
- 3
Cookies
Authentication and preference cookies are essential to the product. Anything beyond that is controlled by the cookie banner, and you can reopen it at any time to change your choices.
- 4
Exercising a right
Access, correction, deletion, export, or objection: email support from the address on the account. We verify the request before acting on it.
Common problems
The failure modes we actually see, what causes them, and the fix.
I want my account and data deleted
- Cause
- Deletion is deliberately manual so we can verify the request actually comes from the account holder.
- Fix
- Email support from the account address and ask for deletion. We confirm, remove account and brand data, and keep only what law and billing require.
Do you train models on my data?
- Cause
- This is the question we get most, and the honest answer has two parts.
- Fix
- We don't sell your data. Your prompts are sent to the AI providers to generate responses, and provider-side retention follows each provider's own terms. If you need specific contractual guarantees, contact sales.
Procurement needs a DPA or a security review
- Cause
- Standard for larger buyers, and not something we can complete self-serve.
- Fix
- Available on paid plans. Contact sales with your requirements and we'll route it to the right person.
A colleague shouldn't have access any more
- Cause
- Brand access follows account roles, which persist until someone changes them.
- Fix
- Manage members and roles in brand settings. The account owner can remove access at any time.
